These are our "Terms of Service". By using or accessing this site you agree to be be bound by these terms. These terms also itemize our responsibilities, and let you know what you can expect from us.

This website is operated by Spellman Systems LLC, located in Beaverton Oregon. See our contact information if you need to contact us for any reason.

  1. Privacy
    Your privacy is important to us. Please read our privacy policy to find out what information we collect and how we use that information.
  2. Revisions
    This policy may be revised from time to time. By continuing to use this site, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
  3. Age
    You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.
  4. Content
    SignerUpper.com is a family oriented website. We will not tolorate any of the following:
    • Any illegal activity
    • Any adult content, or ponography
    • Any activity promoting hatred
    • Any content which is copyrighted unless you are the owner of the copyright or have written permission from the owner

    We reserve the right to monitor the content on this site, and may terminate any account that violates any of these terms and conditions. We are not obligated to terminate an account, and failure to do so does not affect our right to do so in the future.

    You should also know that if we do become aware of any illegal activity, it will be reported to the police.

    For content that you post where you own the copyright: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content. Such license will end when you delete such content from our system. However, be aware that deleted content may exist in backup copies of files. We only agree that once deleted, the content will no longer be displayed online.

  5. Group and Event Organizers
    If you are an Organizer of Groups and Events, you must agree to safegaurd the information of your clients. You may not use this site to collect credit card infomation or any protected health information.
  6. Spam
    We will not tolorate spamming. You may not use this service to send unsolicited bulk email, unless you have a prior business relationship with the recipient and the email pertains to that business. You must also display your physical address at the bottom of the email, and provide a unsubscribe feature. These requirements are part of the CAN SPAM act and you are required to comply with it regarding your email. We will help you by providing mechanisms for opting in and unsubscribing from mailing lists.
